Question: I am interested in starting a new retail business in Richburg. What permits do I need? Answer: New business permits would actually depend on the situation. It is best if you contact the Town Hall and speak to the Planning & Zoning Chairman. Question: What are the hours for the Town Hall? Answer: The hours for the Town Hall are 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Question: Do I need a permit to hold a yard sale? Answer: A permit is NOT required to hold a yard sale within the town limits of Richburg. Question: What are the hours for the Richburg Town Park and is it available for rental? Answer: The park is open during daylight hours (Sun up-Sun Down) and the park can be reserved for functions at no cost. The Town Council has to receive a written request for the date and times and then it is subject to the Council's approval. |
